Social agency Holler streamlined into Leo Burnett

Social and mobile agency Holler has ceased to exist as an entity in Dubai following the streamlining of Leo Burnett’s brand offerings.

The agency had been launched by Leo Burnett in the Middle East and North Africa in 2014, but Leo Burnett MENA has now followed London’s lead and streamlined its brands under one banner.

Raja Trad, chief executive of Leo Burnett Group of Companies MENA, said: “As we have done in London, the Holler resources have been integrated within Leo Burnett, since in today’s business reality ‘social’ is a strategic integrated offering of the brand agency. All the specialised Holler talents will remain an integral part of Leo Burnett. In case one member of the team leaves, he or she will be replaced based on the business needs.”

In London, Leo Burnett said the move had been a response to clients increasingly looking for integrated support from a one-stop creative agency. In November, James Kirkham, the head of mobile and social at Leo Burnett London and a co-founder of Holler, resigned. He had sold the agency to Leo Burnett in 2011.
