JWT launches HeathWallace in the MENA region

JWT’s global digital consultancy HeathWallace is to expand its operations into the Middle East and North Africa.

The new regional offices will be based in Dubai and Riyadh, with Kieran O’Sullivan appointed regional head of digital at HeathWallace. He will be responsible for developing the company’s experience of CMS implementation within the marketplace. O’Sullivan, who joined JWT in 2010 as regional head of digital in MENA, retains his strategic management position at JWT MENA.

Dave Wallace, CEO of HeathWallace, said: “As part of JWT’s global digital operation we have offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Asia, and Australia where we have proven capabilities in platform architecture and component development. Our expansion in the Middle East is very exciting.  It will allow us to scale up our offering – and that’s a big bang entry into an important growth market.”

HeathWallace’s strategic services include digital customer experience and strategy, user experience design and visualization for both web and mobile platforms.

Vatche Keverian, CEO of JWT MENA, added: “We consider the establishment of HeathWallace in MENA an important move. Having the capabilities of the world’s leading digital build and consultancy company, on the ground in the region, means we are providing local businesses with world-class expertise at their fingertips. At the same time we are bringing regional understanding to a global service provider.  That’s a true worldmade answer to the market dynamics of today and for the future.”
