Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Buchanan have joined forces to launch H+K Financial.
The specialist financial communications division will be dedicated to the Middle East and Africa and will have 60 staff spread across 15 offices in the region. The launch makes H+K Financial the region’s largest financial communications firm.
The move will see the two outfits working together to provide full corporate and financial communications services. The new entity will aim to address the growing demand for world-class financial communications and investor relations services in the Middle East and Africa.
