Face to Face lands Select Group account

Dubai-based property developer Select Group has handed its complete communications brief to independent agency Face to Face.

The agency’s remit includes communication and creative strategy that spans print, outdoor, public relations and digital, as well as media planning and buying elements.

Select Group’s CEO, Rahail Aslam, said: “Finding the right partner is of great importance and can be a challenge. However, in Face to Face we believe we have found a very strong communications partner that can help drive our brand and our business. Their strategy and pitch demonstrated a clear understanding of our proposition, and a clear understanding on how we wanted to be perceived in the market.”

Select Group’s portfolio includes projects in the UK and mainland Europe, as well as those in the UAE. It is the largest private developer in Dubai Marina, where its developments include the Intercontinental Dubai Marina.

Christopher Bell, CEO of Face to Face, said: “With the property market having been put through its paces over the last five years, we are delighted to have the opportunity to work with a trusted developer that not only delivered to the market and its clientele but also did it with integrity.”

Aslam added: “We started working with Face to Face on one of our latest residential development projects ‘No. 9’, an AED 500 million project and represented our ninth residential development in the Marina. With the success of that launch, we have now commenced a full communication and creative strategy with Face to Face on our latest, and what will be our flagship development in the Dubai Marina, which is due to launch in April 2014.”

Face to Face was founded in Dubai in 1991. Its clients include Lipton, Vaseline, Close Up, Abu Dhabi Airports and Aujan Coca-Cola.  Face to Face also represents the regional interests of Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH).
