DABO & Co bags trio of regional PR briefs

Integrated communications company DABO & Co has won the PR brief for Nokia Middle East.

The agency has been tasked with driving the Finnish mobile brand’s regional PR across the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman, with the win following a multi-agency pitch held over a two-month period. The company will be responsible for reviving Nokia’s reputation in the Lower Gulf region, as well as launching the new N9 smartphone.

The appointment follows DABO & Co’s winning of the public relations accounts for Argentinian restaurant Gaucho Dubai and Image Nation Abu Dhabi’s first Emirati film project Sea Shadow (pictured), which premiered at the Abu Dhabi Film Festival.
