Abu Dhabi Film Festival calls advertising and media review

Abu Dhabi Film Festival has called a pitch for both its advertising and media accounts.

The annual celebration of film, which pitches both accounts every year, worked with ad agency JWT for last year’s festival. In the past Mindshare has held the media buying and planning account.

Earlier this year the festival became part of twofour54, Abu Dhabi’s media production zone, with the festival organisers due to move to twofour54’s Khalifa Park campus where it will become part of the media industry community. “The film festival’s move to twofour54 is a natural progression in our continuing efforts to build film literacy and culture in Abu Dhabi and the region reaching out to emerging and established filmmakers,” Peter Scarlet, executive director of the festival told Variety Arabia.

This year’s festival will run from 11-20 October .
