With businesses starting to go back but contagion still in the air, having a crisis comms plan has never been more important.
But TheCommsRoom’s Zaib Shadani says being prepared shouldn’t be intimidating.
“From what we’ve seen, most SMEs have got no crisis comms plan in place,” she says. “The reasons we hear most often are ‘it’s too expensive,’ ‘we don’t have an agency’ or ‘we don’t have resources’.”
