Career path

Six years ago, I started at a social media agency in Mumbai. After lots of coffee and crumpled paper balls, I hopped from account executive to senior content creator. But I chase change, so before I got comfortable I tried my hand at the creative scene in Dubai and joined a start-up digital agency. As if that wasn’t change enough, two years later I ended up interviewing for a creative position at a full-time advertising agency and boom. Now they call me a copywriter. The journey with Rain Creative has been absolutely crazy so far. I’ve unlearned and learned, and continue to be inspired by the people around me.

Guiding principles

The craft is as important as the idea. I picked that up from my creative director. The creative process is fun, but it’s equally easy to get wound up. Live with the brief; good ideas are just around the corner.

Dream job

A fashion critic. I’ll be honest, I judge people anyway, so why not get paid for it?

Side hustle

I paint, sketch and write. Not for passion or profit, but for self-expression.
