Nominated by Elie Haber, client relationship director, Fusion 5
“Over the last year, Pascal led the digital strategy and operations of Aston Martin in MENA, maximizing the opportunities in demand generation and achieving double-digit growth in key and developing markets. Pascal has extensively advised the global and regional AM team. His vast experience in the automotive industry and his thought leadership skills have resulted in outstanding performance from creative, media and analytics standpoints, exceeding client expectations and overachieving regional clients’ business objectives.”
Career path
“I have been in the industry for about nine years, where I have been solely focused on digital advertising. I started in 2008 in Mindshare, where I stayed for five years. I moved in 2015 to Gmasco, which was the in-house agency for Al Futtaim, where I handled the digital planning and strategy for automotive and retail clients. After that, I moved to the Al Futtaim Group marketing department in a client role. I participated in the Leaders for Growth training and won the Best Idea. I joined Fusion 5 in 2018 to lead on clients such as Dewa, Union Co-op and Aston Martin, supporting them across different marketing objectives with a particular focus on performance marketing. In my current career path, I’m handling paid social media across all platforms.”
Guiding principles
It’s essential for a person to be genuine with himself, colleagues and clients. Working for a more productive relationship and building trust is key. Digital is an always evolving industry, and it’s essential to keep evolving yourself by staying up to date on the latest trends, technologies, and offerings for the clients as well. I have a passion for technology, so it comes naturally to explore on a daily basis what’s new in the space, and this can help our clients as well as sharing information and knowledge.
