Career path
“After graduating from AUD with a bachelor’s degree in finance, I began my career as an intern at Namshi as a search-engine marketing analyst and was quickly made a full-time employee. In November 2012, I moved to Omnicom Media Group as an analyst for Annalect, before transferring to OMD, where I worked across the agency’s clients. In 2017, I was one of the first employees of the newly formed Hearts & Science.”

Guiding principles
My foremost principle at work is to always give 100 per cent. We have to consider the work as though we are the client ourselves, or we may miss out on thinking of innovative solutions that can grow the business. From my experience, it’s more about business goals than just campaign goals.
