Wunderman replaced the handles on Lipton-branded shopping carts with fitness trackers of the sort commonly seen on cardio machines.
They showed shoppers their steps, distance and calories, allowing them to measure their healthy activities even while shopping for groceries.
Shoppers were seen to push faster and use the carts for longer, and the campaign also helped make people think about making changes to adopt healthier lifestyles.
